低温空气湿度大,压缩空气极易积水结冰。每日工作前、停机后必须排放储气罐、过滤器、管路内部积水;严寒天气增加排水频次,防止积水冻裂阀体与管路。闲置期间保持气路干燥,禁止残留积水。

2、电气系统防冻保养

低温开机前通电预热15至30分钟,使电气元件缓慢回暖;禁止零下低温强行启动电机。定期紧固接线端子,清理电控箱内部霜雾、粉尘,保持电气干燥不凝露。

3、磨料储存与防潮防冻

磨料必须存放于室内干燥保温区域,禁止露天堆放;受潮冻结的磨料严禁投入设备,避免造成提升机、分离器、喷枪卡滞。料仓保持通风干燥,防止磨料板结冻团。

4、机械传动防冻养护

轴承、链条、传动部位加注耐低温专用润滑脂,防止低温油脂凝固、传动阻力增大;定期检查衬板、螺栓、紧固结构,低温下金属易收缩松动,需及时加固。

5、密封件与耐磨件防护

出口俄系设备全部采用耐寒密封胶条与耐磨件,避免低温硬化脆裂;定期检查门体密封、观察窗密封,防止漏尘、漏气,保持腔体密闭性。

6、停机防冻保护措施

每日生产结束清空设备内部残留磨料与粉尘,防止夜间冻结结块;排空全部积水,关闭气源阀门;长期停机需包裹保温材料,断开外部管路,做好防尘防雪遮盖。

三、冬季常见故障简易排查

  • 出砂不稳定:管路结冰、磨料受潮结块,及时排水、清理冻砂。
