一、上岗准备要求
1.  操作人员必须经过专业培训,熟悉喷砂房的工作原理、设备结构、操作流程及安全注意事项,考核合格后方可上岗作业,严禁无证操作。培训内容需包括设备启停步骤、故障应急处理、防护用品使用方法及环保合规要求,确保操作人员具备独立操作能力。
2.  作业前必须按规定穿戴齐全个人防护用品,这是保障操作人员人身安全的关键,严禁穿戴宽松衣物、首饰、长发外露等违规着装。必备防护用品包括:防尘头盔(带防护面罩)、防冲击护目镜、耐磨损防护服、防滑防护鞋、橡胶手套、防尘口罩(或防毒面具,根据磨料类型选用),防护用品需定期检查,破损、老化后立即更换,确保防护效果。
3.  作业前清理喷砂房周边环境,确保作业区域无障碍物、无关人员,设置警示标识,严禁无关人员进入作业区域,避免砂料飞溅、粉尘扩散造成意外伤害。同时检查作业区域通风情况,确保通风系统正常,避免粉尘积聚。
二、开机前检查流程
1.  设备外观及密封检查:检查喷砂房房体结构是否完好,舱体密封胶条、耐磨护板是否松动、破损,焊缝及接口是否密封严密,防止作业时砂料飞溅、粉尘外泄;检查喷枪、砂管是否完好,有无破损、堵塞,连接部位是否紧固,避免喷砂时砂料泄漏伤人。
2.  动力及气源检查:检查空压机运行状态,确保气源压力稳定在0.4-0.8MPa的标准范围,压力不足或不稳定时,严禁启动喷砂系统;检查气管有无泄漏,及时紧固或更换破损气管;检查设备总电源、电气线路是否完好,有无松动、破损、受潮现象,电气箱内元件是否正常,确保电气系统安全可靠。
3.  磨料及循环系统检查:检查磨料存储斗内磨料储量是否充足,磨料是否干燥、无结块、无过多杂质,若磨料潮湿、结块需及时烘干或更换,杂质过多需筛选清理;检查磨料回收系统(螺旋输送机、提升机、分离器)运行状态,确保无卡料、堵塞,分离器风道通畅,磨料循环顺畅,磨料回收率正常。
4.  除尘系统检查:检查脉冲除尘系统是否正常,滤芯是否清洁、无堵塞,喷吹装置运行正常;检查除尘风机运行状态,确保风机转向正确、风量充足,粉尘排放管道通畅,避免除尘效果不佳导致粉尘积聚,影响作业环境及人体健康。

5.  工件及工装检查:将待处理工件平稳放置在输送台车、辊道或指定位置,确保工件定位牢固,避免作业时工件移动、倾倒,造成设备损坏或人员伤害;检查工件表面是否有易燃易爆、易损坏的附件,提前拆除,避免喷砂时发生意外;根据工件尺寸、材质,调整喷枪位置、角度及喷砂参数,确保处理效果达标。

三、作业过程操作规范
1.  设备启动需遵循“先辅助后主体”的顺序:先启动通风除尘系统,运行3-5分钟,排出舱内残留粉尘;再启动磨料回收系统,确认循环正常;最后启动喷砂系统,严禁颠倒启动顺序,避免粉尘积聚、磨料堵塞。
2.  喷砂作业时,严格按照预设工艺参数操作,根据工件材质、表面要求,调节喷砂压力、磨料流量、喷枪行走速度(自动喷砂房),严禁超压、超流量运行,避免损坏设备或影响工件处理效果。手动喷砂时,操作人员需站稳扶牢,保持喷枪与工件的距离在30-50cm,角度控制在45°-90°,匀速移动喷枪,确保工件表面均匀受砂,无漏喷、过喷现象,避免局部过度喷砂导致工件变形。
3.  作业过程中,严禁将喷枪对准自己或他人,严禁用手触摸正在喷砂的工件表面,避免高速砂料冲击造成人身伤害;严禁在喷砂房内吸烟、动火,严禁携带易燃易爆物品进入作业区域,避免粉尘遇明火引发爆炸。
4.  作业时密切观察设备运行状态,注意倾听设备有无异响、震动,观察磨料循环是否顺畅、除尘系统是否正常,若发现异常(如砂料堵塞、设备异响、粉尘外泄、气源压力异常等),需立即按下急停按钮,关闭喷砂系统,切断电源、气源,待设备完全停止运行后,排查故障,故障未解决前,严禁重启设备。
5.  多人协同作业时,需明确分工、统一指挥,严禁擅自操作他人负责的设备部件;作业过程中保持通讯畅通,及时沟通作业情况,避免误操作。若需进入喷砂房内检查、清理,必须先停机、切断电源气源,通风换气后,佩戴好防护用品方可进入,且需有专人监护,严禁单人进入舱内。
6.  作业过程中及时清理散落的磨料,补充磨料时,需先关闭喷砂系统,待磨料完全下落至存储斗后,再进行补充,避免磨料飞溅伤人;磨料回收过程中,定期检查分离器,及时清理杂质,确保磨料纯度。
四、停机后收尾流程
1.  工件处理完成后,先关闭喷砂系统,停止喷砂作业;继续保持磨料回收系统、除尘系统运行5-10分钟,确保舱内残留砂料完全回收,粉尘充分过滤排出,避免砂料堆积、粉尘残留。
2.  关闭磨料回收系统、除尘系统,切断设备总电源、气源,关闭空压机,整理好气管、喷枪等配件,将喷枪放置在指定位置,避免损坏。
3.  清理喷砂房内部,及时清理舱内残留的砂料、粉尘,擦拭设备表面,检查耐磨护板、密封胶条是否完好,若有损坏及时上报;清理作业区域的散落砂料、杂物,保持环境整洁。
4.  检查设备易损件(喷枪喷嘴、滤芯、护板等)的磨损情况,做好记录,若磨损严重,及时上报并安排更换;对设备运动部件(如提升机链条、螺旋输送机叶片)添加润滑油,做好日常维护。
5.  填写设备运行记录、操作记录及维护记录,详细记录作业时间、工件类型、工艺参数、设备运行情况及故障处理情况,便于后续追溯与设备维护。
五、安全与维护补充要求
1.  定期对喷砂房进行全面检修,包括电气系统、气动系统、回收系统、除尘系统,及时排查安全隐患,确保设备长期稳定运行;定期校准喷砂参数,确保处理效果达标。
2.  磨料需分类存放,避免不同粒度、不同材质的磨料混合使用,存放区域需干燥、通风,防止磨料潮湿结块;废弃磨料需按环保要求妥善处理,严禁随意丢弃。
3.  作业人员需定期进行体检,重点检查呼吸系统,避免长期接触粉尘引发职业病;作业区域需配备急救箱,存放急救药品,应对突发伤害。
4.  严禁违规操作、野蛮操作,若因操作不当造成设备损坏、安全事故,需追究相关人员责任;设备长期停机时,需做好防潮、防尘处理,清理舱内残留磨料,切断电源气源,定期检查设备状态。
遵循以上操作规范,既能保障喷砂房安全、稳定、高效运行,延长设备使用寿命,又能确保操作人员人身安全,提升工件表面处理质量,实现绿色、合规、有序生产。
